Pearl House - Delightful 3-4 Bedroom Coastal Getaway

Location excellent for the town and beach

Could perhaps do with a lick of paint, some bits were looking a bit tired

Beds where a little small would have preferred a king size. But we managed and it wouldn’t put me off booking this property again in the future

No instructions for using induction hob and the fact you could see straight into lobby from street,a curtain across front door window would certainly give more privacy.

We were a group of 7 adults, so 3 ensuites and an additional downstairs bathroom for the lounge, which we used as a bedroom, was ideal. Comfortable beds and good showers with plenty of hot water. The large table in the kitchen was a fabulous socialising place. Really well equipped, and spotlessly clean.

The doors and stairs were quite noisy if people moving around at night. Could hear the people in the house next door, in the downstairs bedroom. This didn't cause us any problems but could be an issue if they were persistently so, as it is also a large Airbnb.

Parking was on the road?? When stated off road parking Bollard with no key??? Asked but no one sorted it?? Not major but one that should be available:

Some things didn’t work. That previous guests had dogs and you could smell dog urine. Not enough cutlery. Basics only. Bit sparse. Could do with some seats, bench for front garden!

The house is amazing, very spacious and clean with everything you need. Kitchen area was great and easily fitted 4 adults and two teens with a baby and dog too.
