The accommodation was perfect. It was very clean. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet tissue etc. were all provided. Everything was prepared similar to quality hotel accommodation. We loved the on-suite in each room.

This is our second time staying here, we love it! It’s perfect location to the gorleston beach as it’s literally round the corner. The house itself is perfect, it has 3 large bedrooms all with their own bathroom and a pull out bed downstairs. Its got a lovely big kitchen and seating area. Check in is easy too. We will deffo be back again!

Location is amazing, so close to the beach and amenities Big house with ensuit in EVERYROOM! Great for families or groups of friends Was clean and stylish and had everything we needed for our stay Great stay for the price and reception check in was just down the rd at The Clidff hotel where if we had any issue (we didnt) we could easily speak to someone in person which is so refreshing for a change, really liked that!! We would definitely stay again

Parking could be an issue. We were never able to park on the driveway as there is no drop curb so was always blocked, it's also a very tight squeeze of u could have got in! Street parking is available but limited due to busy periods. No garden (we took our dog) so not a complaint but wasn't clear enough that there wasn't any enclosed outdoor space

Perfect for a weekend get away. Close to the beach. And everything we needed was at the property.

This is an observation, not a complaint. The bottom stair during daylight hours without the hall light on is invisible as it blends in with the flooring. I did stumble on this at first until I got used to it. Perhaps a highlight strip on it would not go amiss. Also, confusing parking instructions. The welcome letter tells you to park on the drive, but that is not practical for the other property at the rear for access. I eventually got clear instructions from the next-door door neighbour. The sign outside tells you not to block or park on the drive it I assumed that was for the public, not guests.

Nice location. Well equipped. Very nice spacious house. Clean property and simple check in. Would definitely stay again at a great price for what you get.
