The dinner, served under half-board, reservation was excellent. The location is just 10 minutes away from the airport, which is another icing on the cake.

The toilet had open vents where exhaust fans were not installed. Leaving vents open is an open invitation to pests like lizards. There was no mineral water served. Every hotel provides a mineral water as the basic. No tea/coffee was served. This is another item that is provided complimentary. In addition, there were no toiletries provided except for a towel. The elevator doors needed much pressure to open/close making it a painful exercise to commute. These are the areas that need urgent attention and improvement.

I didn't even see the property as they wouldn't let me stay there! They have a no non-Indian policy.. but this wasn't mentioned on the write-up (I'm Engligh). I arrived at midnight, as a single female traveller, and was not allowed to stay. This important information should have been clearly written so that this wouldn't happen. I was still billed for the night.. so had the extra hassle not only of finding a new hotel at midnight, but also of calling booking.com to get a reimbursement. (hopefully I get the money back)
