Flatzy - Sleeps 16 Near Football Ground & Ping Pong Table

The beds were comfortable. The ping pong/pool table was a nice touch. The breakfast bars/snacks provided were also very welcome.

Right by a very busy, noisy road. The garden was in an appalling state - one of the reasons we booked this accommodation was for the outdoor space but it was completely unusable. The shower system meant you could only use 1 shower at a time which made it very difficult for multiple people to get ready. The bats/balls for ping pong were very cheap and plastic - we had to buy our own in order to be able to play properly. Dishwasher too small for such a large property that sleeps 16 Also the blinds in every room did nothing to block out the light so multiple members of our party struggled to sleep

The rooms and how comfortable the house is. The pool table was really good as we had a games night planned.

Realising there was an apartment downstairs It had me nervous about noise from walking around

The games room for the kids. It was so clean and very cosy well heated for the time of the year we were there. There was plenty of room for us all,

We did struggle with opening the front door at first. The neighbour staying beside us showed us what to do, and after that, all was good

The property was spacious and generally clean. The host was very responsive and resolved issues quickly. Parking was available and fine in normal conditions. Overall, it was good value for money.

There was some mess behind the sofas (wrappers and debris), which took away from the overall cleanliness. One of the main reasons for choosing the property was the pool table, but unfortunately it couldn’t really be used. The table was very worn, not level, and wobbled, making it unsuitable for proper play. During rainy weather, there were a lot of puddles in the parking area, which made access to the car awkward.
