"Superb!"

Fantastic location. Beautiful flat - super comfy, spacious and well equipped. Really quiet and peaceful but only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Honestly - can't fault it! We'll be back.

"Very short stay with family"

Huge, well decorated, fabulous collection of books and CDs. Good kitchen facilities

The bathrooms had no natural light so were a little damp and one shower leaked over the floor.

"Number one apartment in St Leonards, can't be topped!"

Excellent location, super helpful hosts, lovely large apartment with everything you need. It was a heatwave the weekend we stayed and we were worried it might be too hot, but it was lovely and cool and a nice escape from the heat after a day on the beach.

"D and E in East Sussex."

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms suited our disabilities perfectly. Very spacious living areas. Washing machine and tumble dryer both appreciated.

The surrounding streets were hilly but manageable.

We loved the place and the way the owners had kept it. It was so welcoming and we felt like we were only at home. We loved the decor and the location was just perfect for us and our dog. Their WiFi connection made our stay absolutely comfortable and relaxed too.

"Perfect large flat to explore Hastings and St Leonards"

We loved the location of this spacious flat, perfect for exploring Hastings and so close to the beach that you can go out for a cold swim and be back for a hot shower in about five minutes. It's a genuinely lovely flat to spend time in, with a big living room for cozy chats. Excellent communication from hosts, too, and this was our second time at Prince's Villa for a short weekend break, we would love to stay longer next time!

"Memorable stay at St Leonards!"

It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The apartment was spacious and we appreciated the comfort of the living room. We spent quite a bit of time there chatting and watching television.
