Pretty cottage in the Old Town

Garish, tasteless decoration. Tatty file of torn pages of cottage information. No curtains or blinds to the rear ground floor windows. Frig not switched on so the chilled food we brought could not be stored correctly until frig cooled down. Water temperature set to minimum so bath was luke warm. Hot tub was listed in the amenities but was not in evidence. Garden furniture dirty - clearly uncleaned for many weeks. No drawers for clothes and no wardrobes - just a cheap clothes rail in one room and an old dirty rail in a cupboard in another room.

Ideal for a weekend stopover. The enclosed garden was great for our dog, and short walk to Stratford Greenway.

It is a lovely cottage, clean and well decorated in the quiet part of Stratford near the church and within easy walking distance of the theatre, the shops and all the tourist bits of town. There is parking which is a massive bonus. The owners were really helpful.

I can’t think of anything. The bathroom is downstairs but there is a toilet upstairs. The steps are what you would expect in a Victorian terraced house, so if mobility is an issue maybe find another property.

Quaint cottage on a quiet street of old Stratford Upon Avon. It had everything we needed from making breakfast to doing laundry in modern bright kitchen. Short distance to the river and town restaurants.

upstairs toilet has no sink

The location is great. Very easy walk to everything. Parking is excellent, right at the front door. It's very quiet and comfy.

It was tidy but not clean. No toilet roll holder in the main bathroom, just a roll. Upstairs toilet had toilet roll holder, but no toilet paper(?). No spare rolls anywhere. We had to wash everything before we used it as it felt greasy. Needs a coffee plunger.

Lovely little cottage. Very comfortable. Nice bedding and towels. In a great location few minutes walk to centre. Free parking bonus.

Lovely homely cottage is an excellent location. Everything you need was available. We would definitely visit again.

Stairs steep and a bit slippy with the carpet and bathroom downstairs.
