The property was fabulous, the owner, Went above and beyond our expectations, we was their for our brother and brother in-laws funeral,The host give all breakfast items biscuits croissants milk water tea coffee squash, and lots more etc, she thought of everything,from the smallest details it was lovely home from home, Beautiful views from the balcony could see the Seaview and all local restaurants and cafes bars etc, We would highly recommend this picture perfect holiday stay and I would 100% percent stay again, It’s a little gem, very peaceful and quiet area, we slept like a baby, We didn’t want to go home,thanks very much lily you did us proud, lots of love patricia&Michael Feeney,

Everything was perfect cosy beautiful flats, very high class location, everything is minutes away very convenient, lovely host everything in the photos is spot on and little extra, very happy with our stay defiantly would stay here again,

Communication with owner was easy and she made lots of really useful suggestions & recommendations. Loved the arty fittings etc., lights on balcony, all the little extras provided. Didn't even know oat milk sachets existed. Property is really conveniently located for everything.

Not really anything we didn't like.

Every anticipation and expectancy we may have had was right there on the property. The owner is very thoughtful and her taste in furnishings and providing comfort was 100%.

Nope, can't find any negatives at all.

Lovely, clean apartment close to the beach and town. Lots to do in and around New Brighton. Our host made us feel very welcome.

Everything was excellent . Everything you need for a few days away . Everything was thought of essentials incase you forget anything . Very clean and would deffo recommend and will be rebooking when there is availability ..

Suuuuper miejsce do spędzenia wolnego czasu. Gospodarze zapewnili nam naprawdę wszystko żeby umilić nam pobyt. Spędziłem wspaniale święta wielkanocne, czułem się jak w domu. Blisko plaża, sklepy i piesek też miał swoje miejsca na spacer. POLECAM!!! Warto wracać w takie miejsca,
