What's not to like? Exceptional host and staff, clean and modern facilities, fantastic use of space, location, accessibility, comfort, strong WiFi signal, A/C in every room, spacious kitchen... everything was excellent! We arrived later than expected, so we were worried about checking in, but we were kindly greeted by Jason, the security guard. He helped us settle in, handed us the keys to our room, provided food options, and kept us company while we waited for our dinner to be delivered. Since it was our first time in Guyana, he recommended places to visit, talked about language and culture in the country, and even shared his experiences living there. The next day, we checked in with Sanchia, our amazing host! This woman is the most beautiful, selfless, kindest soul I've ever met while abroad. I was anxious about work, so she offered encouragement and went above and beyond to ensure my family and I felt welcome and comfortable. She always greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. When it was time to check out, she took time off her own work to offer a heartfelt goodbye. Listening to her made me emotional because we rarely get to meet extraordinary people who make us feel like family so many miles away from home.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the elevator smelled a bit damp, but the cleaning staff placed an air freshener inside shortly after, which helped a lot!

592 apartment is a home away from home. That is the only place I will 5 while I am conducting business or vacationing in Guyana. Location, space, comfortably, and the staff are absolutely wonderful.

I didn't like I had to leave so soon..

Absolutely everything!! We were initially going to stay at the Marriott, however our travelling party increased and honestly the cost to stay there wasn’t justified considering the size of the rooms so I researched other accommodations and found this place due to the great reviews. I have no regrets! Not only was it a financially smart choice but the value we got for what we spent was exceptional. We had two apartments that were pristine. The space was perfect for our family as we also had a living area to relax and gather when we weren’t out and about and the location was central to everything we wanted to see and do, but the icing on the cake was our hostess! Sanchia was absolutely amazing and even that is an understatement. You can tell she not only enjoys what she does but she cares for her guests and goes out of her way to anticipate our needs. We were going to walk to a restaurant to meet the rest of our family. The walk was only 12 or so min away, however we didn’t realize there isn’t sidewalks on every street. Sanchia insisted that her and her husband drive us on the house to ensure we arrived safely. She gave us so many recommendations on places to go, eat and see. We didn’t even have to research for ourselves. We enjoyed our stay so much that whenever we visit Guyana we will always stay here! Sanchia, thank you so much for making our family vacation the best it could be!

We loved everything! We can’t wait to come back and experience the rooftop once they finish renovations.
