I had an amazing experience .

The apartment was lovely, cosy, spacious and it felt very safe. The surrounding area was a little questionable when walking around but the apartment has 24/7 security which made us feel comfortable and safe. The location was good, in walking distance from the bus stop, taxi rank and some restaurants / shops. The host were super lovely, friendly and accommodating, they even helped organise out transport to and from the hotel.

I expected the second bedroom to be bigger I wasn't expecting a 3/4% fee to use my card to pay for the property (make sure you have cash with you)

Convenience getting around.

The hot water was an issues this time on the unit I stayed I bought my husband on this trip and he didn’t like how low the bed was. This is my second time at the location. I would also recommend to change out the bulbs that are blown on the bedroom for better lighting.

Cleanliness and location.

Loud talking coming through my bathroom area late at night. Also, the bed wasn’t comfortable and even though I raised the issues and was told they would see what they can do, nothing was done and no one ever got back to me.

It was clean, spacious and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay (microwave, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, etc.) I didn’t need to bother the front desk, not once.

It would’ve been nice to have the television already hooked up and ready to go.
