Location was great, handy to a lot of supermarkets and restaurants, plus pool side bar sells large bottles of water so you don't need to carry from the supermarket.

Everything was great at this apartment, some people may miss the outside space of a balcony but you are only a few steps to the poolside beds.

Amazing location with all the amenities you could ask for! The apartment was incredibly spacious — perfect for our group of six adults and two kids. Everything was spotless, with a beautiful pool, a great bar, and lovely food. Everyone around the complex was so friendly, and the hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful with all our queries. We absolutely loved this apartment and would highly recommend it!

Location is excellent Apartment is very well equipped everything you need is there. No air con in 1 room which was hard as we are in the 30 degrees. The only downside is no balcony otherwise excellent

No balcony

Very spacious. Clean and everything you would need. So well equipped it felt like home from home. So good for a family group. Los Gracioseros complex has everything you need and is so close to the strip excellently positioned. No steep hills to climb. Great for children and adults. Very quiet at night. On site snack bar serves really good food and drink, and the prices are very reasonable, if you want a pool day. Really enjoyed our stay!

We would have given a rating of 10/10, but there was no private balcony or terrace which would have made it an even better stay. However, we did know this before we booked the apartment.

So central aircon worked perfectly fabolous pool and secure access There was only 3 of us but the apartment would be perfect for 2 couples and 2 kids beds were comfy and very clean Just to note it's underground so if u had kids u wouldn't be able to keep an eye on them if there were in pool The whole complex is so clean and everyone there is very friendly and your only a 5 mins max walk from the local spar in one direction amd the main strip and beach in the other direction Would defiantly return

Nothing to complain about only d door my husband caught his fingers really bad in it as its tight to close

There was nothing we didn’t like

Apartment is very comfortable, has everything you need. Lovely kitchen and living area. Beds are comfortable, great water pressure, 2 showers. The apartment and pool area is spotless. Pool bar is a bonus, food lovely (baked potatoes). Great location, very quiet at night. Cleaner came once to change sheets during our stay (9 nights) which was unexpected but great. The host is very attentive.

No balcony. There is a sun trap area with a line to dry your clothes which is great, but I missed a coffee sitting outside in the morning.

Lovely 3 bed apartment in a quiet complex. Well located, a short walk to the Main Strip of Puerto Del Carmen. Kitchen well stocked, with everything you could need, including a nice coffee machine & washing machine. The owner was very helpful. Everything was great. Thankyou.
