Comfort and near the town

Lovely spacious apartment with access to lovely pool and poolside bar. Aircon in all except one bedroom which was great to have. Great location, walking distance to the main strip.

Contact information on booking.com for apartment owner was incorrect and info that had been sent from owner didn't get forwarded to me in the booking.com app so had difficulty accessing apartment on arrival. This was not fault of owner who was very helpful once made aware of problem by the lovely neighbours.

The apartment was absolutely pristine. Daniel kept in touch to ensure we were able to access the apartment as our flight was delayed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was water, coffee, beers left for us. I admit when I first looked to book the apartment I was a bit reticent as it said no outside space but you literally walk up about 8 small steps and you’re at the pool. We had one small issue with a blockage in the en-suite toilet but we called Daniel and he arranged to come and fix it while we were out. We were only out for a couple of hours and it was fixed when we got back. We have been going to Puerto Del Carmen twice a year for several years and I can honestly say Daniel and his wife are the best hosts we have ever had and the apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. We were disappointed that it was already booked for our October holiday. We will definitely stay there again ❤️

Great location, 5 minute walk from the beach front. Apartment really well decorated and furnished, had everything you needed (even beach towels if you haven’t travelled with any). Great pool bar, did a nice breakfast. Would definitely book again.

Taps in the showers can be a bit temperamental, got stuck of really hot at one stage (we did raise with the hosts on departure so I’m sure it will be resolved) I would say the coffee table is slightly too large for the area it’s in so would be better with a smaller one or non at all. Would have been great if you could accommodate a travel cot for families (I luckily sorted one due to family living in Lanzarote) but might not be so easy for other families.

Beautiful property, everything you could possibly need was available in the apartment down to coffee machine & coffee pods, welcome pack on arrival. Excellent location, very quiet, short walk from the beach, strip & supermarket.Complex very clean with beautiful pool. Daniel is excellent host. ,

Difficult to regulate shower temperature, could be very hot.
