Everything was there that you could have needed. The beds were comfortable and it felt very homely. I’d choose this property over a hotel every time.

If I’m being honest, the kitchen taps could do with being replaced. But that’s a minor issue.

Everything, was so nice and homely, was lovely touch that had the little hamper and bits needed.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Another fantastic stay at this amazing house. I've stayed here twice now and would definitely stay here again and again. The house was the perfect size for me, my partner and friends. We all had our own rooms, and enough space to spread out a little if we wanted to. The host left us a small welcome basket that included biscuits, cereal and crisps and there was even a small milk in the fridge. The coffee, tea and sugar jars are all well stocked as well, meaning it's great when you first arrive and you're dying for a cuppa. There is more than enough space in the living room with an L-shaped couch, a smaller couch and even a comfy chair. The dining room has more than enough chairs for everyone to be able to sit comfortably. I noticed this time in the garden there was the addition of a picnic bench which I reckon in summer would be perfect for eating outside if you wanted to. There is enough parking out the front for at least two cars if needed and access to the property is on a lock box which was simple enough to use. In the kitchen, the host also has a piece of paper to give you instructions for using the oven. I admit I had forgotten how to turn it on at first but the instructions definitely helped on that front.

Not so much stuff I didn't like, but things I would suggest people who want to stay here to take with them. If you plan on cooking anything that requires grease-proof paper or foil make sure you take your own. Also, take a pizza cutter if you plan on having pizza, there are knives but just for simplicity take your own.

Off-road parking in a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely residential area. Modern, well equipped home. Family of 4. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Well maintained property with all the essentials including Wi-Fi. Private, fully enclosed back garden.

No negatives for me!

It is in a nice quiet and safe location. Very peaceful. Everything was clean and as described. Overall, a very relaxing experience. we were visiting relatives nearby and this was a perfect base. The showers and bath were good. The welcome basket was a nice touch.

There were no major problems at all but the beds were a little too soft for us. The television was perhaps a little small for the size of the front room but these are all little things. The oven was slightly awkward to open and close.

Ideal location and near to train station. Property was easy to find,clean and had everything we needed.
