Excellent, modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped house. Plenty of room in the lounge, great location, nice, quiet area. Easy to find off the motorway. Good public transport links to city centre. Large garden, ideal for eating outside. Really competitive price, brilliant value for money for a family trip during half-term.

Ease of entry. Good communication. Excellent facilities. Excellent position for town. Milk in the fridge and the cereal and biscuits are a lovely touch and totally unexpected but most welcome.

Nit picking but Could do with a visitors book and an information pack, takeaways locally, taxi numbers etc.

The house was clean and spacious. We were able to prepare food and enjoyed an evening relaxing. The outside space is great and private. We would definitely stay again if we needed accommodation in Liverpool. The surrounding area felt very safe and was quiet.

Unfortunately we found the house very warm upstairs. I fully appreciate it had been a hot few days but it seemed uncharacteristically warm compared to the downstairs. The beds in the ensuite room were very uncomfortable. Super soft with dips in the middle.

the property was very efficient for what we need during that weekend. we did leave belongings behind and the owners were very nice to arrange the items to be returned.

there was slight issue with the boiler but the contact with the owner and fixing the issue was very easy and they were more than happy to help

modern. clean
