The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly going out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and looked after. The manager Celeste takes pride in her job running the hostel, and helped orient me to the best beaches and nightlife and helped organise one on one Snorkelling for a good price. I felt like part of the family here. I would definitely recommend for a chilled place in Isla mujeres for a good price. The beds were comfortable and the two cats were so cute and a total bonus..

la picina y las habitaciones estan de lujo. me encanto mucho el espacio y el baño ni se diga.

realice la reservación por aplicación unos días antes del el alojamiento. con un costo de la aplicacion, y cuando iva a registrame me cobraron mas de lo que me habian mencionado en la aplicacion. eso no parece muy justo. engañar con el costo del la habiataciones.

"Value for money for a short stay"

Location was good, next to the port and easy to reach. One of the 2 ladies of the reception was very helpful and polite, the other less.

The balcony terrace was completely dirty and full of rubble. I found a centipede insect in the room... The common area was not very appealing.
