The Penthouse - Luxury 2 Bed Apartment in Skegness

The apartment is lovely. Fully equipped. Nice views. Well placed for the centre. Lovely park right in front of building.

The stairs to the apartment were challenging for us. I would not recommend for anyone physically challenged.

Clean, very modern, all you need.

The penthouse was a beautiful place to stay, very clean and very well equipped

Good location. Good communication with the host. Cannot fault the property.

I appreciate that for a party of 4 men a deposit was required to cover any potential breakages. However, the sum of £200 seemed a little excessive especially when it was requested the day prior to arrival! Clearer pre-notice of this requirement would have been appreciated. Not everyone can afford such a sum at short notice.

The Penthouse was an amazing place to stay in. It was beautifully styled and decorated, and very comfortable. The Juliet balconies in the three rooms were wonderful, and the views over the gardens lovely. The location on Tower Gardens, was one of the best In Skegness. Parking on the road opposite the apartment was easy. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Nothing! Yes, there are stairs, but they are shallow and it's not a difficult climb up to the top floor of the building. Of course being on the top floor gives the apartment the wonderful views!

It was a very clean, modern apartment. With all cooking utensils.

The amount of stairs to the penthouse were a struggle for my elderly father.
