The Penthouse - Luxury 2 Bed Apartment in Skegness

My son loved the fountain sink in the bathroom. I loved all the pictures . The full length mirror was gorgeous and the dressing room a real treat. Really comfortable sofa.

Son felt a bit calstaphobic in the shower .The stairs but it was well worth the view and the penthouse was great

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable The location was excellent, so close to the entertainment but far enough that we weren't impacted by noise. The big walk in wardrobe/dressing room on the master bedroom was a bonus. We were able to stash away our cases and have loads of spare storage room to avoid clutter in the living space & bedroom The owner was very proactive and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely use again

A minor point, there's a lot of stairs - but that can't be helped and was worth it for the comfort this place offers, just be prepared to get a lot of steps in when you stay here 😀

Really clean comfortable great location

Said there was parking but it was full outside no designated parking spot so had to go to a pay and display car park and pay then go and get car at night to park in street outside then not use car as didn't want to lose spot and shower door was broke so couldn't shower as would have flooded bathroom floor.

Beautifully presented property, very comfortable & everything we needed for our short stay. Comfy beds and facilities were lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Only issue we encountered was the heat, as it was a very warm weekend. We had the balcony doors open to try and compensate at night, but then it was too noisy. No fault of the property.

It is a very lovely property, has everything you need and is very clean . Has a very nice feeling when inside. The owners was very fast to respond to any questions and queries.

It’s very confusing to find as we didn’t know what the outside of the building looked like or the number of property. It was very intimidating on arrival as the door was open as a group of people was smoking weed and the neighbour had an xl bully wondering round off the lead . We was disappointed that at 9:30pm Saturday night we received a message to ask us to be aware of others living in the building as they had reported us to be noisy. When you pay stay in such a lovely place we couldn’t enjoy on a warm evening sat with the balcony doors open soaking up Skegness having a happy giggle and it put a dampener on our stay there for the rest of the evening . I think it would benefit from a tv in the bedroom . This is a personal thing that after a busy day out it’s nice to chill in bed watching a film
