We booked 3 rooms for 1 night, but on arrival we were only given access to 2 rooms. This caused significant inconvenience for our family and was a very bad experience. We expect a refund for the missing room and request that you take steps to ensure this does not happen to other guests.

The bedroom and kitchen/diner were a reasonable size. The location was fairly central and plenty of parking was available.

The room key box was broken which delayed my entry to the property. There was a significant plumbing leak which resulted in water pouring from the ceiling in the main entrance, which from the look of the discolouration on the paintwork, was a recurring issue. Throughout my stay I was not issued a front door key, which meant I had to continually use the external key box and hope that no one forgot to return the key. Some of the contents in the kitchen cupboards were filthy and covered with dust. You can only contact the host through the messaging app which is slow, and the emergency number goes through to voice mail.

Awful area . House looked like a crack den from the outside . Apparatus for pin code didn’t work so couldn’t gain entry. Called host 3x and said I couldn’t get in even though I spoke to him earlier and said I would be arriving late and on my own . Thank God I had got a lift there. And then had somewhere else to stay . Have informed booking.com . Hope they remove him from their books !!!!!!

Perfect location, about 5-10 minutes from train station. Room was excellent, spacious. comfortable bed, ample sized wardrobe and drawers for clothes. Nice sized bathroom and shower.

Front of property and entrance could do with painting. Otherwise perfect
