Wasn't enough towels on arrival. Was quickly fixed

The location/living space/room were great.

Unfortunately the main door/entrance was broken and didn’t feel vey safe. Felt like it was still being renovated in parts. Very unclear room numbers and key rings

I wasn’t able to gain access to the property after I booked it doors were locked and no key was left for me

Apsolutely nothing! False advertising!

We arrived at the property and the very first look at the building told it us all, one of the panes of glass around the doorway was boarded up straight away giving off an unsafe feeling. As we went in the property the second door just swung open, no lock or handle. The downstairs was all half done and looked like a building site. Then when we tried to get the key for our room we had to try every key safe as they were not labelled very clear. After finally getting the key and trying every door we couldn’t find which one our room was there was just one bedroom where again the door was just wide open. We were unsure if there was anybody else in the building. We were left feeling on edge and feeling like we would be unsafe staying here. We then tried to ring the number provided and were answered by somebody who said this wasn’t his property he didn’t know why his number was being associated with this property and says he gets it once a month. We left the property and had to book into a hotel. Very disappointed.

very accomodating, flexible with unusual hours of work. the host was still in thw middle of rennovations when I booked. I think Inmay have bern their first booking, ( it was very last minute) but the couldnt fo enought to accomodate me
