Perrin Place Unit 1

The apartment was cozy and clean! It was within a short driving distance from everything we wanted to visit. Really great walkable restaurants and stores nearby. The neighborhood is beautiful and busy!

Location was good- easy walk to a free bus

Didn’t like being in a basement

Property was beautiful spacious and close to the port which is what we needed.

Big and comfortable basement.

The neighborhood was a little noisy and you can only use Uber for transportation from here.

The appartment has got lots of insect and spiders

The place was spotless and so comfortable.

Everything was fine.

Place was well appointed and clean. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Easy to get to the downtown by car or ride share. Parking was available right in the street in front. A cafe and convenient store within walking distance. Also an excellent brewery within a 5 minute drive.

All minor. Towels were provided but most were still in the dryer when we arrived. Something was attracting flies by the entry door which allowed them to get inside. A bit of a food desert around the area so either need to bring and prepare or go for a drive. Pictures of the place need to be edited. There were a couple that were misleading as this is just a one level half underground apartment.

The accommodation is excellent and could not be happier with the fitout, presentation and the amenities. BUT the location is Roxbury, not Boston. Please do your due diligence on the location.

Very clean, new interior, would go back
