The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our room was very, very cold. Even though the radiators were on, the rooms were freezing. What’s more, the radiators switched off in the middle of the night. We tried to heat the room with the fireplace until morning, but it didn’t help. There was a door in our bathroom that we didn’t know where it led to. It was locked, but we didn’t know what was behind it. The lock on the door leading to the garden was faulty. We didn’t feel safe at all whilst sleeping. It was also very cold. The hotel is luxurious, the staff are very good, but the facilities are very poor. Unfortunately, I have to give this hotel a low rating...

The room was cold

Το πρωινό ήταν καλό. Η τοποθεσία ομορφη μεσα στο δασος. Το δωματιο ζεστό και καθαρο. Το φαγητο στο εστιατοριο ικανοποιητικο. Η ρεσεψιονιστ ευγενεστατη.

Το σπα αθλιο. Μικρη πισινα εσωτερική και κρυα. Μικροί χωροι γενικα στο σπα. Η νεαρη μελαχρινη κοπελα αγενης και αδιαφορη. Δεν εχει ανετο παρκινγκ και δεν χωρανε ολα τα αμαξια. Πληρωσαμε.150 ευρω για ενα βραδυ και μας λενε αφηστε εξω το αμαξι αν δεν εχει χωρο. Εν τω μεταξυ ο χωρος εξω ειναι αφυλακτος στη μεση του πουθενα. Για την τιμη του το ξενοδοχειο δεν αξιζει. Υπερεκτιμημενο. Το εστιατοριο ακριβο σε συγκριση με τις τιμες του Μπερόβου. Δεν εχει κατι αλλο τριγυρω να κανει περαν απο μια βολτα στη λιμνη.

Excellent breakfast. Perfect location.

Some of the waitress are unbelievably slow ,they just disappear .
