"Place is good but staff is useless"

Location

Staff is very rude, asks for extra charges w/o any intimation.Do not listen to anyone and keep on saying the same thing for money again and again.Charges were too asked for 1 hour.

Location, staff, food and atmosphere

General manage Mr Vikram Singh.. most unprofessional person I ever met in service industry. This person does not have sense of talking with guests.. spoiled the emotions of our trip. Management should seriously see to replace this person or assign him some other responsibilities
