Booking.com did a blunder mistake as they have not mentioned that the rooms which we are booking are on land or over the sea and when we reached to the hotel, they told us that our room is booked for land, but we booked it for over the sea in our booking confirmation also it is not mentioned that we booked for land rooms, but in the confirmation which hotels have received it is mentioned for them that we have booked rooms for the land rooms. a lot of chaos happened because of the mistake and confusion by Booking.com and it created trouble for Hotel authorities and for us also

The property, location and view were good. Food was only decent for the price point, as it was a bit expensive.

Receptionist was not professional. He didn’t resolve any query properly and was only motivated for the card swipe. Without resolving queries he started to ask for the payment. And then during checkout also he bothered me a lot to put a good review.
