The room aircon very noisy, wall got water leaking and didn't make maintenance, bed also no good!! Tried for 2 times, really very bad experiences.

The room had a peculiar smell, the air conditioner leaked like a waterfall, and the service was extremely poor. No one responded to the complaint. I asked for a room change and waited for an hour but no one responded. Hateful to the extreme.

"Not convenience place to stay"

cleanliness & well organised

Car park fee was too expensive. I went another hotel 4-5 stars, before we leave. at least hotel gve some discount (RM5 per day) for guests. This place car park from 12am-8++am cost me RM13-15. Digital instructions for guests from whatsapp annoyed me. Always asking when check in & check out several time. And return deposit money in 7 days (7 working days)? please upgrade your service. It’s takes too long to get our money.
