- Good location, close to city, behind the property is the Melaka river. - swimming pool was very nice - peaceful place - bathroom and other facilities were good n complete

- parking was expensive, should be able to comp our parking - check-in process could be faster. I had texted and they asked me to wait for further instructions. Waited an hour, no response. Had to call to be able to check in.

Facility was good. Room clean n nice. Self check in was good even took long time 😊

Towel not for unprofile guest at swimming pool. Vending machine problem at swimming pool. Money deducted but chocolate stuck in there🤔

Quite a view as i can see part of the river cruise route. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom and good water pressure. WiFi is good.

TV channel is not entertaining. Would be nice if complimentary coffee/tea included.
