Everything had mould the worst smell broken windows dirty not cleaned in ages i was told I could get a refund of the £800 I spent but would take 8 working days. I booked time of work and travelled quite a bit to get it to avoid at all cost

Everything was dirty in the kitchen and beds.

Location of caravan and good for amenities shops etc

Location of the site in Selsey good and staff nice and helpful

Plastic mattresses that you got stuck to didn’t help a good night’s sleep - told there would be tea and coffee but there wasn’t. Most annoying was sold as having an indoor and outdoor pool - we weren’t allowed to use outdoor pool and were asked to pay if we wanted to use the indoor

It was a nice area. Good value for the time we spent there. There was a power cut on our first night but the communication was great. It was an issue within Selsey we were kept updated and the power was back on over night. The people who owned our caravan were on hand to help with any questions we had and responded quickly as possible. Its close to the town and a short drive to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the main area had games and dvds and everything we needed for our stay We would return again

The only thing was the main bedroom was a little tight around the bed area. I understand its a small space but did find it a little difficult getting in and out of bed. It wouldn't stop me from returning tho

The Kitchen area could do with a thorough clean, especially in the cupboards. We had to wash the cutlery, crockery & glasses before we needed to use them.
