Rockley Valley TV36

Caravan overall was tired looking. I noticed tape covering damaged corners of the walls and missing bits to skirting boards. Bedroom 2 was tiny. You couldn't walk between the 2 beds and the main bedroom did smell quite fuzzy and a little damp. Caravan didn't have any WiFi.

NO WELCOME PACK. . NO PRESSURE FOR SHOWER,SHOWER TO HOT OR COLD. BED HAD SEEN BETTER DAYS,MATTRESS AWFUL SHOULD BE IN SKIP. PILLOWS ON BED FLAT AS A PANCAKE, BUY NEW ONES. TOWELS WORN LIKE SANDPAPER. RADIATOR'S NOT WORKING, BLOODY FREEZING. NO BLIND IN KITCHEN WINDOW. NO CURTAIN ON SIDE DOOR, SO EXSPOSED.. COULD NOT WAIT TO LEAVE, TO KEEP WARM. SHOULD HAVE A REFUND.

Nice little touches with linen and provided. Tea/coffee and kitchen essentials also provided. It was very clean.

There is no lock on the bathroom door but an easy fix.

The caravan was nice and clean, which we really appreciated. The only small surprise was that there was no toilet paper provided - a plot twist we didn't see coming 😅. We didn’t use the park facilities since they were overbooked, but we kept ourselves busy with other interesting activities outside the park. Communication with Viviana was smooth and pleasant 😌

Lovely Location, Caravan is small but Cosy and clean. Are able to buy entertainment passes so that you can use facilities in the Holiday Park for the children. Owners were available when needed for any enquiries. They had left a bottle of wine when we arrived which was a lovely touch..Thank you.

The caravan was lovely, spacious and very clean and fresh. The hosts were fantastic with helping me with my needs. Everything was as expected so we didn’t need to contact them during our stay.

Everything to do with the caravan was good. The Haven site was nice but the activity passes were not so good value as you didn’t get much with your pass. (Aside from pool use anything worth considering came with additional costs on top. The on-site entertainment was aimed at very young children.

The location was good

When we arrived we quickly realised the caravan didn’t match up in its full capacity to the pictures on booking.com the caravan itself is very run down but functional. We tried to express our concerns to both the owner who said I was ruining her day!! After us driving a 6 hour journey to spend time as a family for our daughters 21st birthday celebrations.. we also reached out to booking.com but straight away were met with issues and were basically given an ultimatum to stay one night and the owner would try to get someone else in the day after and if she did she would refund us but charge the first night for staying. Which would have meant us spending more money to stay somewhere else in the hope that the owner would have had another booking in that time! Although the caravan is kept clean which I will say and is in a good location, other than that we made our holiday our own and spent as little time at the caravan as possible due to the fact I would have lost all my money.
