The park itself was good and location of the caravan within the park was good.

The property had two smoke detectors, neither of which were working and one Carbon Monoxide detector which was not working. To not have the most basic H+S measures is not acceptable. I note from another review left in May that a previous guest found similar issues. The decor was old and damaged and some of the skirtings are held together with tape. There is no lock on the toilet door. The BBQ that was advertised as being there was full of cigarette ends which is disgusting. The freezer contained old food. I raised some of these issues with the owner prior to writing this review and was fobbed off. Apparently they provide 'many things that other caravans don't'. Not sure what those things are but they certainly are not decent standards of accomodation and basic Health and Safety measures. I look forward to further excuses being made in the owner's response below.

A nice place to rest with family. Owners were very helpful and quickly responded to our messages. We had a nice week. Caravan clean,reasonable price...highly recommended

I didn't like that if you don't have a pass, you can't enjoy the entertainment.It's a bit strange because in every resort I was before I didn't need passes for entertainment and everyone could enter

The property had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. The shower was great, the beds were comfortable. It’s a great little space for a weekend away. I’ve read some of the other reviews and I think they are a bit harsh tbh. It’s good value for money.

The property has no WiFi and the bbq isn’t in great condition so do not book this van for that. I’m pleased we didn’t buy the bbq food before arriving as we wouldn’t have been able to cook it.

Location was perfect . Home owner fabulous . Facilities wonderful . Available early . Everything that we needed was at the property . Perfect mini break . Would definitely use this again . Thank you for the hospitality.

The park itself was ok.

The caravan itself is very run down and not clean. There were food marks all over the walls and holes in the walls where things use to be and not filled. The door frames were falling apart and duck tapped over. The flooring was rippled. The toilet flush was broken, which we were notified about after we arrived on Monday and wasnt 'fixed' until Wednesday. Wifi was advertised but not available....when queried we were advised to use our own 4g or try to access Havens WiFi (which didn't work as van too far away) so falsely advertised - advertised on Booking.com (see pic attached)!!. If it wouldn't have disappointed our children we would've gone home on the Monday! Oh and we certainly didn't need a magnifying glass to see the issues with this caravan, as you can clearly see from my photos. There was also no carbon monoxide alarm and the fire alarm wasn't connected properly! I wouldn't recommend this caravan to anyone.
