Uphill walk back,traffic noise

Lovely property & well located; only a 10 minute walk into town. Parking right outside the door was fabulous!

The property is in desperate need of a deep clean. No cleaning products were left in the apartment so we needed to buy these; we also needed to buy toilet paper as we were left only one roll for a family of 4 for 4 nights. We’ve stayed in various properties in Whitby and haven’t needed to buy these extra products before.

There was nothing we liked other than location and parking

Didn't like how dirty it was stains on carpet no storage and cleanliness not good there was a lot of dust and toilet dirty, wardrobe broken in one bedroom and other bedroom the wardrobe you couldnt open very well as room too small i have a disability so not being able to put being able to put my things I need anywhere and cleanliness was important. Also it's supposed to sleep 4 but with no storage and rooms very small I would say it's fine for 2 people or a business trip not for 3 or more people for a week or more. The outdoor courtyard could also do with tidying up bird poo on furniture

It took us ages to open the box

Location was great, onsite parking was a bonus.

No wifi during stay despite several messages to host and stay nothing was done. One of the beds was uncomfortable, very soft and dipped in the middle. Cobwebs and dusty in places. Tv not able to be used due to no WiFi. Shower didn't drain properly and one of our towels was dirty beyond use. Property is too warm in the bedrooms as they have no windows to open.

I liked the style and layout of the property. I liked that it was walking distance to the centre. I liked that there were car parking spaces.

I didn’t enjoy the hill up to the apartment. The bathroom door was squeaky and the apartment was hot with being in the middle but they were only minor things. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Well appointed

Feel like the front door needs frosting as people can see in from main road. Luckily we had taken our own toiletries as no loo rolls in bathroom. Also from the pictures it wasn’t the apartment that we thought it was, however it was only a short stay and apartment was comfortable.
