"Comfortable and did the job with good location."

Very good location & easy parking. Heating worked well. Quite small living area & kitchen. Dining table looked over side passage (no view). No welcome pack or basics (eg oil, salt, foil, kitchen towels, cling film etc) which was a shame & unusual for self catering nowadays. TV freeview couldn’t get signal so we didn’t use the TV. Had to chase up to get arrival instructions & kept getting repetitive emails from Host & Stay.

Fabulous information pack sent on text / WhatsApp with all the information you could need.

Being told that early check-in would be £30.00 two hours beforehand... They didn't charge us (or haven't yet? thank you!) but still felt it was a) steep and b) very late to bring that to the party when we had enquired about early check-in days before and not been told it would come at a cost.

"Very modern apartment with good quality furniture and furnishings."

The mattress in the front bedroom sagged in the middle. A table lamp in the lounge area would have made it cosier. There were NO cleaning products except washing up liquid and a dishcloth - so couldn’t do a wipe around. The nespresso coffee machine was leaking. There were no facilities to recycle rubbish - surely a must these days.

I booked the accommodation for friends and paid in full they were asked to pay a further £250 for the 2 night stay less than the price I originally paid VERY DISSAPPOINTED

"Lovely autumn break in Whitby"

Lovely well appointed apartment with parking included and short walk to town. Wifi and netflix available. Great shower.

Only one hand towel. Bit dusty/cobwebs in places. Not much room for getting in and out of the shower cubicle. Plenty room once in the shower.

"Nice apartment."

The house was clean but missed the final details as in both bedroom have lovely low light fixtures but both were very dusty and there were cobwebs from light fixtures to corners of rooms in both bedrooms. Nice apartment but lack of towels and only one shower gel package was disappointing .would not say book but please owner think about skirting boards etc….
