Host & Stay - Prospect Hill Apartments

Very clean, well kitted out, quiet and in a great location. We were particularly pleased to find the little milk sachets.

noisy neighbours upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants and nosiy ,plus the extra £25 we add to cough up on top of holiday price ,nice apartment but will not be rebooking again

Apartment was stunning. beautiful decor and soft furnishings throughout. couldn't fault it. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent Accommodation Stayed her previously Comfy beds

There was only one toilet roll. Lack of cleaning products. Previous visits, there was plenty of dishwashing tablets etc

The location was great for walking into Whitby. About a 15 minute walk. The apartment was very nice with quality furnishings. We stayed as a family of 4 including 2 children. There was plenty of room.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was in need of a deep clean. The bath towels were very thin and could do with replacing. The kitchen was good, it was lacking a chopping board. I have reported these things to Host & Stay.

Easy access, on site parking, comfy beds.

Lounge furniture insufficient for 4 ppl, very uncomfortable chair and way too small. 1 toilet role, one very small body wash sachet for the shower, no hand wash. This was advertised as inclusive. Rear outside seating not private, grubby and covered in bird poo.

Good parking and the location was great

A very minor thing but the table and chairs in the garden were very dirty and we were unable to use them. The rear garden was very overgrown
