Birch South Lanes - Super 2 bed duplex with south terrace

Lovely flat in perfect location, close to the town centre and the beach, had everything we needed 🙂

Amazing location! So close to everything you need in Brighton.

A couple of minor points but only one toilet roll for a whole weekend and it was the hottest weekend of the year but no fans anywhere in the property.

Location in the lanes. Felt safe. Linen good. Kitchen well equipped. Shower good. When rang as lost, lady was helpful and answered quickly

Hard to find car park and flat. So many locks & numbers to read/ car park in, car park out, doorway, key-safe, 3 locks on door( tricky).Mugs in kitchen stained, cabinet under bathroom sink needed cleaning, shower screen base grotty, toilet seat too small for unit- went wonky, bathroom plug gets stuck in . Doors don’t shut fully so rattle all night when windows open. Toilet roll holder coming unscrewed. Back bedroom blind hard to pull down. TV aerial temperamental-had to move it around.

Very good location. Great communication. Property appears clean. Cot and high chair available. Comfortable to stay.

Some noise can be overheard at night as located along the street. Hand soap in the kitchen diluted with too much water. Dishwashing sponge too old/mucky. Towels need replacement/improvement.

How near it was to the lanes and the sea

Not much a little noisy near the allley way bit funny hearing the revellers coming home didn’t spoil the weekend

We liked everything about it. Nothing to dislike.

Prime location and was able to book parking with our stay. The hosts were lovely.

My only complaint was about noise at night. There is nothing that the host can do about it, as it was in no way their fault. If you plan to sleep and are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The central location is amazing but also comes with a lot of "after hours" foot traffic.
