MaxWell Hotel & SPA

AWESOME POOL, SAUNA, TURKISH HAMOM! Great food from their restaurant, great meets and food choice. Great place for relaxation and refreshment!

I think the hotel is cheap and the SPA is good! So I got what I expected! I would recommend it. The rooms are good and the breakfast has plenty of choices. The staff speaks English, Russian and Uzbek which I am very thankful for. They have all the services you need and are quite helpful.

I think these things could be improved: - some of the bed sheets were not super clean. They were more ruined than actually dirty, but it was a bit annoying to sleep on a big stain. - my friend left early and the staff was very pushy on him leaving the room at exactly 12 am, even if I was staying for another couple of days. While I get that this is not the staff's fault, this is a four-star hotel and you could be a bit more chill (and polite) about this as he was already packing and leaving. - having some contact for massages would be great. - the restaurant needs to be clear on waiting times. Once we waited for more than one hour for our food.

Tiny bathrooms

The facilities (spa) are great and the breakfast is fabulous (the best we had in Uzbekistan so far)! Wonderful swimming pool with projector on the side playing music, super hammam and sauna. The room is a bit small but good and clean, there’s Smart TV.

Only the location is bad. I’m the middle of nowhere, but 20 min by taxi to downtown.
