The best bed I have had in Uzbekistan. Nice place to chill before flying back to Europe/home. Swimming pools is very nice with sauna.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are very new and there was everything what you might need in the room. Despite the hotel is quite far from the center, it was not difficult to use public transport or taxi to visit sightseeings. The breakfast was excellent.

Overall a very good hotel. Great staff - very friendly! Rooms were clean, and I was impressed with the little extras - not just sheet paper, but also a notebook and notepad! They had extra pillows - I love extra pillows! The breakfast was a great selection of food, and hot food actually kept hot! Really nice sized pool, and ok sauna (although the hubby would have liked it hotter). Great price.

As the price is at the lower end of hotels with good pools, of course it attracts a lot of families and kids. Not a bad thing, but I do like to swim laps, and there was no opportunity to do so because of kids taking up half the pool, even late at night. There seemed to be no dress code for the pool either - so kids were wearing underwear, or nothing at all! Some of the women swam fully clothed, no swimsuit. For a public swimming pool, I would understand, but for a hotel, I kind of expected people to dress appropriately.

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom

We came for breakfast 30 minutes before the closure, but there was nothing to eat there and no personal. Entrance to the bath cabin is a little strange - through the toilet. Also strange noises in the bathroom- probably some problems with the ventilation. 20 minutes taxi drive to the city centre. But overall a good place to stay.

We enjoyed a lot with swimming pool and sauna facilities. The staff was very helpefull to fullfill all our wishes, they have nice restaurant so we had late dinner there and prepared breakfast just for us at 6:30 am. Called the taxi ( the hotel is close to airport) and helped with everything we wanted. They even have huge screen in swimming pool where we could watch our music. So perfect! We tried to reach it by public transport, but it was too complicated, so needed to take taxi.
