It was close to family

The air conditioning didn’t work and it was 29/30 degrees in the room and too hot to sleep! We opened the windows but then local stand outside shouting loudly what they are trying to sell. It was also Ramadan and the suhor they provided was disgusting we couldn’t eat it. We also had to ask for clean towels and toilet rolls and the mini fridge was never restocked either.

Horrible hotel do not come here the administration makes its own internal laws and forces to obey them, in addition, they require additional documents for check-in immediately upon arrival of guests. What makes it impossible to bring these documents?

All good. Staff is nice. Just sound isolation is very poor between the rooms

New hotel with good service; very good receptionist, good breakfast and Clean room. Wifi is ok.

Shower glass room is a little small, Location is quite far from city center.

Lovely sauna, hammam and swimming pool. Great receptionists.

Housekeeping both for the spa and the room isn't perfect, but it's not bad either and I will pay them another visit.

Great place - 20 mins from center and 20 mins from airport. Fantastic swimming pool and Sauna and steam room. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Ravshan.. Room was large enough and very comfortable. I very much enjoyed staying at the hotel. Restaurant and breakfast very good too!

Very clean beautiful swimming pool, good breakfast, comfortable beds and the staff is very helpful and friendly! Good price! I would strongly recommended!

Water leaking from shower stall and there is no microwave in the room!

1-Location far from the center 2-breakfast was very limited and needed to be improved. It is 3-shataf does not exist in the bathroom 😕 4-size of the bathroom too much small
