House had everything you required, kitchen utensils etc Clean house Comfy, lovely crisp clean bedding. Free parking Nice bedroom decor and good mirrors

Very noisy neighbours, screaming, laughing, dogs barking House needed some things repairing or amending, carpet stained, handles broken, toaster broken, scuffs on walls Seating needed in living room, sofa only for 3 people no good family of 4! Need of coffee table instead of wicker table and another comfy chair.

Was comfortable

Prior to arrival we had been given a key code to obtain the key. On arrival the key code was not the code I had been given. It took approximately 45 minutes before I managed to crack the code, which was different to the one provided. On entering the property there was a pile of mail and fliers behind the door, which I thought would have been moved by the cleaner. There was no information card and we discovered that the electric supply was not on. It took us a few minutes to locate where the electric meter and trip switches were and by being down on all fours we finally located the button that put the electrics on. Beside the the sofa there was a part drunk bottle of ribena and there was refuse in the kitchen bin. It was quite obvious that a cleaner hadn't recently been in. Whilst we were trying to crack the key code I telephoned the contact number provided 5 times, each time getting an answerphone message. I also sent a text message informing that we were unable to access the property. We are now home and there has still been no response to the missed calls or the text message. Had we not been lucky enough to stumble on the correct access code we would have had to find alternative accommodation somewhere. So overall we were very diasappointed.

The house itself was decorated nicely. Good facilities to use.

They code given to open the lock box was incorrect. The house in general was unclean and had not clearly not been clean due to post on the floor on arrival (unclean floors and bedding). There was a lack of communication from the hosts who did not reply to our messages or answer our calls when we couldn't access the property, despite advertising a 24 hour service and knowing our time of arrival. The property was clean, nice bedrooms and kitchen and had almost everything we needed.

The property was sold as 2 bed plus a double bed in the living room. The so called double bed in the living room was only a single bed and was not at all comfortable to sleep two people, also only a single duvet to cover it. The batteries in the tv remote has furred up.

With no access to the property I couldn't possibly comment!!

We arrived on at the property to find the code for the key not working. I contacted the number on the booking who said they no longer work there and can't help. I emailed the contact on the day of the booking and received no response. I've messaged the property 4 times on here and received no response. Long and short, we couldn't access the property as the code didn't work, meaning we had to organise alternative accommodation that night at our expense, plus not receiving any communication from the property!

This property was perfect for what we needed. We stayed for one night and it suited our needs.

Nothing. I would stay again if I was ever in the area.

Beds were clean and comfortable.

The heating (electric wall heaters) hadn’t been switched on so the property was extremely cold when we arrived. It took 6 hours for the house to warm up. Considering we’d booked several days in advance and our arrival time had been agreed with the host there was no reason for this disregard for our comfort.
