we were supposed to enter the house at 16:00 and we arrived at 16:30. and the house was not clean, it was very messy, I waited until 21:00. in the evening for them to clean, so practically one day I stayed outside because it was not clean in the house

There was no toilet roll on arrival- after long journey this was a tad inconvient. Shop 10 min walk away so handy.
