Luxury Villa Rincon del Mar- Old Town - Puerto del Carmen

The house is nice, bedrooms, TVs etc. 2 terraces

No possible early check in, because some clients had late check out (asked for 1-2hours only) No possible late check out because client has early check in. We had to leave at 10:00 while we needed a couple of hours. Poor management. Kitchen lacks oven and some basics.

L’emplacement très bien, nous étions très bien entre le port et la plage et les commerces. La Piscine est petite mais ça suffit largement.

We've been coming to Lanza for 30+yrs and realise (belatedly!) that Playa Chica is the place to be - great bars/restaurants (Vino; Nico) sandy safe beach with free loos too! This accommodation is ideally placed, 2 mins walk to beach, a bar (Laurel) and supermarket. Very spacious, clean and lovely views over the sea. Not overlooked, sunny garden/terrace and comfy mattresses. Plentiful hot water, large fridge/freezer and some essentials (oil, salt pepper, tea, coffee etc) left from previous guests. Microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, washing machine, dishwater, filter coffee machine and plentiful pans/ crockery etc. Room for one car in own drive. Smart TVs which we could get our Netflix on. Bedrooms/bathrooms downstairs, lounge kitchen upstairs but this works well! Very happy to have stayed here and will again!!

Minor annoyances - no oven, just two ring hob and grill/microwave. No instruction leaflets for hob, washing machine (German), dishwasher or micro so lots of beeping and guessing. No handbook for villa or local area or even a guest comment book to sign/leave tips. Wall to main bedroom a tad thin in that we could hear the neighbor coughing, night and day, and when cleaning their place too but hey, no music or loud talking so a sign how quiet the area is that we even heard it! Finally, be ready for lots of e-mails etc from Mr Lanzagrotte (really!) who are the local agents. Any questions asked (eg appliance instructions) met with a wall of 'chat' from an AI bot which didn't actually answer the question - shame and a waste of time for us

Everything from start to finish. Wonderful central spot in the old town. Right beside the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs.

The location was fantastic. Close to everything but quiet and private

The only thing missing was an oven!

Location, apartment was nice

Too many emails and communications leading up to the holiday. Normally with Booking.Com, it's so straightforward. I know this is a partner situation. I counted over 20 emails/messages before we even arrived. The online check-in process was very difficult, especially the last step. I think the apartment may also need to look at pest control measures.

Great location will definitely stay here again
