Luxury Villa Rincon del Mar- Old Town - Puerto del Carmen

Keys were available in the lock box, no issues

Stairs are immediately to the left when you open the front door so care should be taken, particularly when dark.

Spacious property, well fitted out. Super views and lovely sitting out area with good furniture.

Definitely needs a hand rail to be fitted on the stairs.

Everything. This is a truly lovely casita. Very spacious 2 bed accommodation with 2 ensuite bathrooms. It was very clean with all the appliances you would need for a holiday stay and a nice plunge poor if the sun gets too hot. The location was perfect in between the old town and the main strip - just 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants in the port/old town in one direction and 10 minutes walk to the bars & restaurants along the strip in the other direction. Playa Chica is a lovely sandy beach just minutes walk away.

Just back from a fantastic stay at the Luxury Villa Rincon. The Villa was spotless clean when we arrived and in a perfect location for the old & new town. Everything you need was provided at the Villa. Great communication for directions and getting keys. We got a late check out on the day we were leaving for a small fee which was a great help. Thanks again will definitely be back soon

Fantastic Villa great location for everything we wanted to do, left key in Villa by mistake on first night so couldn’t enter, hosts got us another set of keys within the hour, excellent service
