From the moment I arrived at Cleopatra Luxury Resort, I was struck by the warmth of the staff and the elegance of the setting. The resort is beautifully maintained — spotlessly clean, with lush grounds and stunning pool areas that make it easy to simply unwind. The food was a real highlight: a generous variety of international options, well-prepared and refreshed regularly. The all-inclusive experience felt genuinely generous rather than token. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the people. The staff go above and beyond with a smile — attentive, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. I felt looked after at every turn. The location in Nabq Bay is ideal — peaceful, yet close enough to the main attractions of Sharm. A perfect base for exploring or simply doing nothing at all. I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run resort experience on the Red Sea.

افضل فندق في شرم الشيخ مستوي افضل من خمس نجوم اهم حاجه الاستقبال بشوشين جدا متعاونين لأقصي درجه . اخص بالشكر طبعا مستر الفريد ، مستر محمد غنيم ، مستر احمد عبد المنعم ، مستر عيد مدير المطعم حقيقي افضل مطعم في كل فنادق مصر شكرا لحسن الاستضافه ❤️

There is a private beach with a wonderful spot for snorkeling. Great facilities.

I expected better food quality for the paid price. Just 2 beer brands available, both local.

We spent our holiday at Cleopatra Luxury Resort in June 2026, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room, food, gym, pool, and beach were all excellent and made our stay truly enjoyable. The coral reef accessible from the beach was stunning, with beautiful colors, very few people snorkeling or diving, and no strong currents. We even enjoyed it more than the reef at Ras Mohammed National Park. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Mrs. Liis at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and for always being available to help us with any request. We also greatly appreciated the work of Mr. Mohamed Gad, the Chief Concierge, and Moustafa, the beach attendant, who made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable throughout our stay. Also many thanks to the housekeeping team: every day we found lovely towel decorations and thoughtful touches in our room that made us feel especially welcome. In the end, our best regards to the managers Mr. Abdelfatah and Mr. Elsafty who were always so caring for everything we needed. We highly recommend this resort and would gladly return in the future.
