The property itself in great location close to central city about 5 min walk . Safe place

The place is very clean and cosy it’s exactly same as show in the picture lovely

É apenas um quarto e uma casa de banho, não foge ao prometido, mas a casa de banho é um pouco pequena.

Ηταν όμορφα διαμορφωμένο και πολύ κοντά στην πόλη . Δεν μας έπαιρνε πάνω από 10 λεπτά για να βρεθούμε κεντρικά στην παλιά πόλη

Although the property was generally clean, we didn’t feel it was clean enough to walk around with shoes off. Location was good in terms of proximity to historic old town, however the area, along with the old town was dirty and smelly. Garbage littered on the streets paths and green spaces. This seemed typical of Split.

The photos did not seem to match the room we had. I found the host rude and abrupt when we were trying to resolve a late check in. We found it was very basic and not comfortable for us so we left early and checked into a hotel.

Співвідношення ціна-якість. Чистота, зручне велике ліжко. Чудове місце розташування- старе місто поруч, пляж недалеко, пекарня зі смачною випічкою 5 хв, в номері є усе, що потрібно( посуд, сіль, перець, цукор, чай, штопор , бокали для вина, рушнички, серветки), аптечка, фен, гель для душу, мило, прищепки, місце для сушки білизни на вікні, навіть засоби гігієни для жінок. Дякуємо за гостинність!

This is a lovely little property located very close to the centre of Split. You have shops and a pharmacy nearby. The view is lovely and you can see the palace from the window. You can walk through the palace and ruins to get to the centre of town. Close to the ferry port also. The room is nicely decorated, it is a little small but perfect for a couple. The bathroom was nice and clean. We highly recommend for a couple for 1-2 nights stay in split. Thank you!
