Great location.

Location was great and the bed was comfortable. The host we met to get our keys was very helpful and service minded. Communication with the host was also great.

There was a continuous sewage smell in the bathroom during our whole stay. This was very unfortunate and ruined a lot of the experience. There was almost no hot water, so even a short shower made us run out. The bathroom was also quite small. The door knob screws to our door came loose as well, which made us feel unsafe. The door out to the corridor was never locked because of other guests that stayed there who didn't lock it. There should be an automatic lock on that one. That also made us feel unsafe.

Location is perfect, not only when it comes to the city center but bus stop as well, bed is very comfortable, everything was very clean, especially bathroom what is really important for me. For breakfast you get a voucher to a fancy restaurant which is 7 min walk from the hotel. You can choose from the card and you get a coffee and lemonade. Everything we tried was really tasty. That’s a great value for money especially considering breakfast included in the price. We will come back if we are back to Split.

Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors

We had a wonderful stay at this place; great value for money, the host was very kind, thoughtful and hospitable. Checking in and out was both flexible and easy, the room was clean and we had everything we need while staying. Even little details like brochures flipped with the English side up, and water in the fridge on our arrival was thoughtfully set up for us. The apartment was right next to the centre of the city, with an easy bus ride from the airport, with shopping and more close by, and a great wiev straight to the bell tower and mountains from the window. We highly recommend this place.

The rooms was very clean and spacious. It had everything I needed and was in a great location. It is within walking distance from the train and bus station and all attractions. Communication from the host was fantastic. I felt very safe and welcome. I definitely recommend staying here when in Split 🙂
