Rumi Hotel & Hostel

Unfortunately, I didn't like anything.

The female hotel manager was particularly rude. She spoke loudly and waved her fingers. Everything was missing at breakfast. Despite requesting early check-in, our room was not ready until around 3:15 p.m. The sheets and pillows were damp. They said they would give us a discount if we canceled our booking, but they forced us to cancel. In summary, I had a very bad experience, unfortunately. I will never choose the Rumi Hotel again.

It’s the cheapest accommodation with a nice breakfast in Bukhara. Located just about 150 meters from Lyabi Khaus tourist center, is there anything else one may possibly ask for? It’s spotless clean, spacious room as well as the beds, it’s just a great place. People with a sense of appreciation would definitely rate it 10 out of 10!

The location is good. Just two minutes walk to the old city. Breakfast is nice.

Great communication prior and during staying at Rumi hotel. We were arriving in late and a hotel transfer was easily arranged through WhatsApp and booked a great walking tour of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful, spacious clean room, good breakfast and wifi was good! The location is superb annd short walking distance to everything in Bukhara! When leaving our train wasn’t until 4pm and they allowed us to keep the room until then so so we could store our bags at no extra cost which was very kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone !
