Fountain Apartment No 5 with Free Parking

Ideal spot especially having a parking place. Very secure and quiet apartment. Well maintained and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The double bed was small, but don't think a king would fit. Definitely need new pillows with more support, far too soft!

The property is in a quiet location with a secure private car park. Instructions were received well in advance and were very clear. The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location was great it was within walking distance to all the York attractions and the city sightseeing tour bus stop was about 3 minute walk away.

The washer/dry combo unit wasn't very good at washing and drying the clothes especially since there wasn't any where to hang the clothes to dry.

The flat was very conveniently located to the centre of York, 5 minutes' walk from the Minster and 10 minutes' walk from the train station. It was quiet and has the bonus of a Tesco Express on the ground floor, which was very convenient for picking up some groceries.

Comfy and spacious (for a single person). Great location just outside the city walls and directly above a supermarket. Washing machine was useful to have.

No body soap or shampoo provided, nor laundry tablets for the washing machine (though there was no claim that these things would be provided).

Perfect location for the Minster end of York. All instructions for access were good. Didn't need to see any staff but they were close by.

Nice modern apartment. Very easy to access through detailed explanation by owner. TV had Netflix if you fancied it. Great location for a small (5-10 min) walk into city centre. Not large apartment so was perfect for a couple.
