Location was very good, and the free parking was a big bonus, free netflix on TV

Noise from Tesco below woke me up in the night a few times, and the duvet wasn't to my liking and was super hot in bedroom

Would suggest - basic supplies Salt -pepper-paper towels-clothes liquid for washing machine

Location wise the flat was brilliant clean tidy right in the centre of York exactly would like it to me and the parking because we had a motorbike secure with a barrier was perfect.

Just feel as though the property could do with some utensils hairdryer sharp knives, just the basics ready so if you didn’t wanna go out anybody in you had everything they’re like you would at home.

Location, parking, easy access

Noise from Tesco below - heat exchangers from fridges. It was very hot so we needed the window open.

It was clean and parking is great to have.

The facilities were poor. Shower & toilet blocked on the first morning so a plumber had to come out and fix the problem leaving us in limbo. Hot water system wasn’t great so water wasn’t hot enough to shower needs quite a while to heat up and occupier can’t set the control without password which isn’t initially provided. No welcome pack on arrival (eg tea, coffee, milk sachets)
