LOCATION IS GOOD

Soap inadequate, the floor noisy, limited coffee and tea, wifi was not working most of time, small shower cubicle

During check-in, the room we requested was fully booked. We were a bit disappointed at first, but the staff asked us to stay and rest in another room while they sorted out the one we wanted. One of your staff members (I forgot his name) noticed that my partner was coughing and kindly offered to make honey ginger drinks, such a thoughtful gesture! We really appreciated it. 🥰 After a while, we got our actual room, and it was even bigger! Thanks a lot! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Kenya someday. Highly recommended!"

Very modern and clean and well appointed

The refrigerator in room did not work. The refrigerator on the ground floor with drinks was off so drinks were warm. Excuses about the price of electricity are NOT COOL.

I don't like the fact that my reservation was at the 5th floor. It wasn't easy climbing the staircase.

Cleaner room facilities ,

Lifts not available, Hopefully swimming Pool is coming soon.

They let me sleep in another room as I had an early arrival until my room was ready. Staff are friendly, good location.

It took until the evening for me to be able to check into my actual much nicer room.
