Almost everything

Hand shower for hot and main shower is cold, should be vice versa preferable because of the cold weather in Nairobi.

Everything was great, friendly and help staffs, especially the guard is always welcoming and helpful. The room is big enough and clean. Thank you to the chef for a delicious dinner.

Staff were helpful and easy to communicate with. Very easy to get to and close to shopping center and CBD. So if one has business meeting in town this will be the right place

Shower cubicle was a bit on the small side for me. The windows can be made sound proof to stop the outside noise, as this will improve sleep.

Good location, great finishes, friendly staff and very clean.

The parking, it’s too tight but I guess there’s nothing they can do about it though because of spacing issues.
