Accommodation is "Adults Only". The establishment will not make any exception for cancellations or refunds in case of non-compliance with this requirement. As a company committed to the environment and the drought problems that the island must face, we change bath linen every 3 days and bed linen every 7 days between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Cleaning the kitchen and any items used for cooking/eating is the guest's responsibility. The establishment does not have reception staff and check-in is autonomous Please be informed that bicycles are not allowed inside the property. Additionally, the property does not have parking facilities for such vehicles. Please note that in case of non-compliance with this rule, the deposit will be withheld. ⚠️ Please note: Ca’n Puig de Sòller is located within a Low Emission Zone (LEZ). It is not possible to drive directly to the property. Unauthorised access may result in fines of up to €200. Guests arriving by car must park outside the restricted area or use our private parking (subject to availability, €15/night, 5 minutes walking distance)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Beautiful apartments with a wonderful garden."

Beautifully furnished apartments in a lovely old townhouse a stone's throw from the main square of Sóller. The garden was a highlight for us to enjoy al fresco breakfasts and dinners as well as siestas - there are many sunny and shady areas to enjoy. The hosts dealt with a tricky situation with some highly disrespectful guests with great alacrity to ensure our stay was not compromised - many thanks!

Really central location, beautiful garden and immaculate rooms. Having water in the fridge on arrival and the daily selection of local cakes in the lobby is a nice touch. Good to have coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. There is a little lift which is very handy for luggage.

The kitchenette is for breakfast really - making a meal was a bit challenging due to space (but was fine in terms of equipment). Having a secluded space to leave bags if you arrive out of hours would be handy (a cupboard/screen would do) as there aren't any locker/safe store companies in Soller unfortunately. Otherwise 10/10!

"Breathtaking rooms in central Soller"

Quite possibly the nicest accommodation I've ever stayed in. The grounds are stunning, it's centrally located in Soller, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and luxurious.

Nothing, this place is amazing!
