Accommodation is "Adults Only". The establishment will not make any exception for cancellations or refunds in case of non-compliance with this requirement. As a company committed to the environment and the drought problems that the island must face, we change bath linen every 3 days and bed linen every 7 days between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Cleaning the kitchen and any items used for cooking/eating is the guest's responsibility. The establishment does not have reception staff and check-in is autonomous Please be informed that bicycles are not allowed inside the property. Additionally, the property does not have parking facilities for such vehicles. Please note that in case of non-compliance with this rule, the deposit will be withheld. ⚠️ Please note: Ca’n Puig de Sòller is located within a Low Emission Zone (LEZ). It is not possible to drive directly to the property. Unauthorised access may result in fines of up to €200. Guests arriving by car must park outside the restricted area or use our private parking (subject to availability, €15/night, 5 minutes walking distance)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
