Accommodation was clean, check in was easy even though we arrived early. Helpful communication from the owner

Missing iron and damage tv

The positives. Some toiletries, sachets of sugar, tea etc, some pet food. WIFI, Cleaning products supplied. There was a mop but no mop bucket.

Living area has two thirds of the sofas missing. Only enough for 3 people max to sit side by side. Square table not the round one illustrated with 2 chairs. Impossible to make a double bed with such a small sofa, therefore is NOT a six berth. Bad marks on the walls where the sofas have been removed. Damp patches. The bathroom skirting had months of dirt on them. Water not hot enough to shower. Double bed mattress had springs sticking out you could not even turn it over as it was the same on both sides. Extremely uncomfortable had to sleep on top of the duvet. The single bedroom has the most awful smell and the blind would not close. We had to pull it down slowly and carefully by hand. Bedding not ironed Spare duvet had blood stains The door catch was broken so the door would slam shut in the wind. This is dangerous. The pictures they show are very deceiving this is not what you are getting.

It was comfortable and nice everything u needed

Booking seid 3 rooms but there was only 2

The property was clean The people were very helpful who are there if there’s any problems

It was missing some of the seating It was a very springy double mattress

It was nothing like advertised, most of the sofa was missing, third of the lighting didnt work, it smelt inside, extremely uncomfortable!!

The shower was good. The site is very lively. They left us toilet roll and washing up facilities.

The caravan feels damp. lots of the blinds are broken or missing. The sofa seats 3 people ,but positioned where you cant watch the tv, and the dining area only seats 2! There are clearly holes in the walls that have been covered by pictures. I was glad we'd only booked for 2 nights.
