Lovely, clean and well situated flat with very kind and responsive host!

The staff was very helpful and responsive, the flat is nice and located close to the centre. There is everything needed for shorter and longer stay.

For people who are very sensitive to noises the traffic noise as well as hearing noises from the staricase might be abit uncomfy.

Nice apartament, easy check in, clean, it had everything we needed.

All good, but an arm chair and a coffee table would be nice addition

The apartment was clean and spacious, light, with a nice view. The location was good, close to the historical center.

There was a leak in the shower room, the coffee machine didn't work, and the electricity went off. We had to fix it by ourselves but with clear instructions. The freezer defrosted, and we had to clean everything up. The service was great at the beginning when everything was ok, but as soon as some problems appeared, it was hard to communicate with the host. Some questions remained unanswered, and some were dealt with in an unprofessional way, above all with lack of respect.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, it’s located near the center, 15min walk. We higly recommend!

The apartment was very nice and the location was good. It was easily accessible. Overall, it was a nice stay :)

We had to turn on the heating at night for our baby because it was really cold but the host said that the municipality doesn’t allow the heating to be turned on during this period. It sounded strange since it was October already.

The property was in a good location, a 15 minute walk from the center. The apartment was really spacious and clean, with everything you need. I would say it has a good value. Self check in was an easy process. The host was responsive and really helpful.

I didn’t particularly liked the bed. It was with springs and it was really hard for me to find it comfortable, although my partner didn’t have any major issues. So this is a matter or preferences.

The location is perfect, close to the city center and the train station (both in walking distance) The apartment was very clean and had everything that you need, the view from the balcony was a big plus. The host gave us all instructions needed and extra help when we asked them. Bologna has probably the best train infrastructure to move all around Italia if you want.
